Karanvir Bohra was reluctant to play Viraj in Saubhagyavati Bhava!
After Kasauti Zindagi Kay, Karanvir Bohra was looking for something better and challenging and ended up with being an abusive hubby in Saubhagyavati Bhav.
Karan was uneasy and fearful while taking up the role and says, “It wasn't easy. Nobody wants to play an anti-hero. In our society, it's all about being a good boy who people find cute and all.” Karan is grandson of actor-producer Ram Kumar Bohra and has also acted in Aziz Mirza’s Kismat Konnection.
In desire to take up something challenging the actor spoke his heart out, "After Kasauti Zindagii Kay, I wanted to do something better and more challenging. There was no point doing any ordinary show. I knew the role of Viraj was a bigger challenge. But at the same time, I was also scared of people hating me because of the negative role."
About his Bollywood upcoming Karanvir revealed, "Right now I am finishing shooting for Mumbai 125 KMS. Vedita Pratap Singh is also in the film. Madhukar is from south and he has made a couple of Telugu films." This flick would be having Veena Malik as Karan’s co-star.
Karan loves to diversify his caliber and is looking forward for film making in long run too.
We wish you grand success Karan.
