Ankur is adamant on going to US ... Sandhya overhears this, walks angrily to her brother , wonders at her brother's statement .. says she has a goal and she will not deviate from it by entering into a wedlock... Ankur tries to convince her, says that even their Papa wanted the same thing ** Such bare faced Lie, Unhone kab kaha ** promises that he will get a well educated, good man as her Bridegroom .. Sandhya is shocked by her Brother's volte face, admonishes him , says that her brother is sacrificing her's as well as their father's dreams for his necessity .. States emphatically that she will never marry and she WILL achieve her dreams irrespective of Ankur's support ..Sandhya shoots a smouldering glance at her brother, walks away , her mind fixed and determined on her goal...


RATHI's House

Bhabhosa is sitting with a Tea cup, deeply contemplating her Son's future .. Meenakshi comes carrying a container ,asks the Keep to the store room .. Bhabhosa Fixes her with a glare, coldly asks her Identity ** O Jee, we know u r in shock .. but ithni ke u forgetiya ur own beendni ** Meenakshi is unnerved by the stare , nervously replies that she is her DIL.. Bhabhosa replies that Meenakshi hogs all the grains by quintals and doesn't she know that there is a key right in the kitchen shelf ... Meenakshi's face just droops and she begins to move towards the kitchen to get the Key... When in walks Krishna,The broker. Bhabhosa greets her cordially ..enquires eagerly about proposals .. Krishna hesitatingly says that the task might not be accomplished within the stipulated time.. Bhabhosa immediately begins to fret , curtly tells Krishna that She has to find a DIL within 13 days ** Goody Goody, they are going at 2 Telly day / Day ** ..Krishna hemms Hawws ..Bhabhosa panders to her greed , Krishna's eyes widen * reminded me of that Kajol's Alpen liebe Ad ** Krishna immediately says that she will find a suitable Girl within 13 days ..



Meanwhile In Kothari House ;

Ankur calls up Krishna, hesitantly stumbles thru his intro and requests an appointment with Krishna..Krishna jots down Ankur's address ...

Bhabhosa grows angry at krishna since she thinks that Krishna has accepted another commission and may relegate her own agenda to the back burner ... Bhabhosa reprimands Krishna..Krishna manages the situation , points out that it was from a girls Family and that the relationship may even gel with Suraj..



KOTHARI HOUSE

Ankur and Ankitha are having words..Ankitha is pleading on Sandhya's behalf .. Sasy that Sandhya has a dream , let her fulfill it .. Ankur practically points out that the house has been mortgaged to get Passport for Ankitha and even if they were to sell the house, there is not enough Money to take Sandhya with them and neither can they leave her all alone. People will start their rumors and finger pointing and also Sandhya has to get married one day , he is just scheduling it early . He emphatically states that he will not allow his dream to break right in front of his eyes ..Ankitha retorts that Ankith is trying to fool her and himself.. Ankitha says that Sandhya has the talent and the ability to become a IPS officer and that it has been her dream right from childhood.. A exasperated Ankur replies that Sandhya's dream is still a dream which may or may not come into fruition.. cux there are many exams to be cleared .. while his dreams are happening and he would not like to shirk away from it .. Ankur takes a grip on himself.. replies that Ankitha is not looking ahead , Ankur Hypothesizes that even if Sandhya were to pass the exam and become a IPS officer, what next.. Inevitably she will be getting married and people will be looking for a good DIL material and not a security Guard for their house moreover if they were to lay the condition that Sandhya has to leave her job..Then she will have to !! All his sacrifice would come to a naught when Sandhya leaves her job, and after a year and half of marriage walks in with a baby in her arms .. Ankur tells Ankitha that he will never be able to bear the thought that he crushed his dreams for this... Ankitha tells Ankur that come what may, she is behind Sandhya and will support her and that she will not be coming to US with him, Ankitha walks away followed by Ankur who is trying to reason with her ..

All this to n fro arguments are heard by Sandhya who is studying in another room.. She is hurt,pained and angered at her helplessness.. Sandhya looks at her father's portrait .. Begins to speak to him.. Sandhya says that she wants to prevent what happened to her, she does not want any other Sandhya to be bereft of her parents.. She thinks that will be the proper ode to his memory .. Sandhya vows never to let go of her dreams...




RATHI House

Chaturi **Yayyy, Finally remember the Maid's name ** is busily pounding the masala's .. Bhabhosa comes out , scolds Chaturi for her laxity , orders her to pound harder ..Bhabhosa complains that Chaturi is not pounding properly and that there is no aroma of masala's emanating from the mix.. Chaturi rejoins saying that the Masala's are very old , hence there is no smell , Bhabhosa gets angry on hearing this, commands Chaturi to move away from the spot and begins to pound the pestle very forcefully ** Lagtha hai saari gussa uss pathar par nikhaldegi ** Soon the beautiful aroma of the Masala's begins to waft everywhere ..Bhabhosa points at her work and caustically asks Chaturi whether she is now able to smell the myriad ingredients , Chaturi replies in negative.. Bhabhosa sweetly tells her to inhale the smoke of chillies , thereby ridding herself of her stuffy nose..Meenakshi smiles at Bhabhosa's witticism , sashays down the hall , hands over Tea cups to Bhabhasa and Bhabhosa , simpers that Bhabhosa works very hard, and of late she is looking worried and tensed and is in need of a DIL.. ... Bhabhosa gives a piercing glance at Meenakshi and orders her to say whatever she wanted to say instead of going in a round about way .. On getting this invitation, meenakshi broaches the subject of a Girl for Suraj.. She says that there is a girl in her relations who is eligible for Suraj and also fulfills all the criteria ..Bhabhosa is interested, Meenakshi quickly gets the Photo of the girl.. Bhabhosa is happy on seeing the beautiful face of the girl ,enquires the Name, Meenakshi says that the girl's name is 'MADHU".. The youngest Son who has returned from his college ** Sorry, Now this guy's name escapes me ** questioningly says , Madhu??, Bhabhosa says , yep the girl we are looking as a Prospective wife for Suraj.. The Young lad looks at the photo, is shocked and blurts out that this has has a defective ... Meenakshi immediately plucks the photo from the young brothers hand, hastily says that he must be tired after coming from college, she will get him some fresh Tea.. Bhabhosa's suspicion is raised, She yells at Meenakshi to halt.. walks to her, rolls her eyes, demands to know the truth.. Meenakshi is flustered, Scared .. *Haan, U went to play gilli danda with a Lioness, Now face it Greedy Woman**
The youngest brother is ready to spill it out but is ordered shut by Bhabhosa... Bhabhosa turns her Solar powered, luminescent eyes on Meenakshi , shrieks at her to out the truth.. A agitated Meenakshi exclaims that the Girl's legs are not strong ..but otherwise she is fully capable of doing all the house work .. getting scared, Meenakshi admits that the Girl is Physically challenged .. Bhabhosa is shocked at this duplicity ..
