The Bhangra Music Industry has just faced another tragic loss!
Legendary Punjabi singer, Ustad Kuldeep Manak has sadly passed away today. He had been suffering from kidney problems for some time, but was admitted to hospital in Ludhiana in the Punjab last week and was diagnosed with pneumonia.
On 15th November, the singer managed to celebrate his 62nd birthday, and now two weeks later, his fans are mourning the loss of an iconic singer.
He launched his musical career back in 1968 at the tender at of 17 years. His first duet with famous female singer, Seema practically made him a star overnight. Thereafter, he gave us many hit singles and albums to listen back to over and over again. He reached the peak of his career during the mid 80’s and went down in musical history.
However, his journey didn’t stop there, as before his death he collaborated with another well known Punjabi singer, Jazzy B on his upcoming album Maharajas.
