Q. With a stressful life becoming the norm, what is your definition of a healthy lifestyle?
A. It’s very hard to give a definition of a healthy lifestyle. I think coping with stress is something which is a given and is not going to go away today or tomorrow. One would have to just cope up with it. It depends upon the choices
we make.

A. The youth should not forgot that apart from building a career, there is one more and the most important thing in life —
building health.These days one sees that youngsters are not taking care of their health, which in turn can affect their next generation as well.

Q. Being city-based, do you have any plans of opening a fitness club anytime soon?

A. Why not? You know it’s a question of manpower. If I get a good team together then why not? I would love to teach women how to stay healthy.
