Enrich your mind with yoga

In the hustle and bustle of today’s times, one seldom finds the time to introspect. Manish Pole, who has been teaching yoga for 12 years now, is conducting an introductory workshop on yoga to help people understand the art of finding peace and calm.



Total Yoga and Artsphere will present a free 60-minute workshop by Pole, who is a yoga teacher and founder-director of the institute. The workshop will teach the science of well–being and youthfulness, and how one can delve on positive thoughts and bring a calmness to the mind. “Yoga is a journey and the ability to still oneself,” says Pole, “it involves understanding life through your breath, body and mind.”

Vinyasa-flow, classical Hatha yoga and Power yoga will be also taught during the class. The institute ensures that pranayam and meditation are a part of every class, leading everyone through a detailed Yoga Nidra session. Sign up now to relax physically, mentally and emotionally.

Indeed Yoga is the best activity in which person gets the mental peace and satisfaction. Yoga results for good and fresh mood which helps to maintain blood circulation smooth in brain and whole body.
