The epi starts with g3 shouting what kind of a hospital is this? but akshi shouts and she is rushed inside the hospital.. maheshwaris come and some time pass happens! This rj is too much.. she starts overreacting when she hears naitik isnt der, and g3 and she exchange cold glances g3 stiffly explains naitiks condition, making rj chup
Akshara shouts in pain.. and the nurse drags her wheelchair towards the doc's cabin. Here naitik is trying to get in touch with akshi.. and rb with naitik.. both cant get to each other!
They are wating for the doc, when another woman in labor pain comes.. everyone tells akshi not to look at her.. but she gets allthemore scared! Naitik comes out of the airport and calls rb. He comes to know about akshi.. he tells he wants to talk with akshi.. rb is not able to get to akshi.. naitik says i wanna talk.. plz do something! Here naitik says he shud go to akshara.. He calls up rathore.. he tries to explain to rathore.. but nuthing happens..!

Dr. kothari comes.. naitik wants to talk with akshi.. rb again says he will try. Here doc says its early labor.. she is taken to a room. Nurse takes akshi out.. to change.. she doesnt allow akshi to talk with naitik... rb g3 sad

Naitik badly wants to come to akshi.. but he isnt able to! Nurse is very rude. I thought they are supposed to be nice. whatever.. she scares akshi allthemore.. Varsha goes inside akshi's room. Varsha tries to cheer akshi up... She succeeds to a certain extent. She is scared.. she talks to varsha her heart out.. about her MC.. varsha clears her doubt.. akshi is relaxed!

Naitik calls and is finally able to get to akshi... Both are very sad.. naitik says i m sorry! he says he will come there soon.. Akshi is shouting in pain.. she says come soon! Dinos enter.. nurse shoos them out
RJ goes and hides in the bathroom (shes getting on my nerves.) g3 sees rj inside.. akshi is scared about her reaction. epi ends

Precap:: Naitik says he will come asap! Here doc says that if the pain doesnt increase in sometime, akshi needs to be operated!
