There are two methods:

FIRST:
You can upload your pic using "browse" button right under Add an
Attachment when posting. Just make sure image is either one of these formats jpg/jpeg/bmp/png.

SECOND:
This technique is bit tricky but works as well.
You need to upload your pic to another server and link it using Img tags. how u do that? well first upload the image on ImageShack® - Image Hosting
There are other sites that let you upload your pic for free, juz do search on google.
then copy the direct link and enclose it within Img tags.
Example:

[img]http://yourimagelinkgoeshere.jpg[img]

remember there will should be no space between the img tag
and you're good to go!
